I really wish I'd checked the ingredients before I bought this - it is surprisingly sweet, and with sugar as the FIRST ingredient, I guess that explains why. I don't like it on beef, despite its name.

Made a brisket using mustard as a binder, Texas beef and honey Chipotle rub. I thought it was pretty darn good and got great reviews from family. It was tender almost melt in your mouth with a bold and sweet flavor. I will use it again

For whatever reason I hardly every cook tri-tip despite my west coast lo-cal. Followed the video and hit it with C-C Hot and snowed it with Texas Beef. Qued up some Australian grass fed ribeyes for me and the wife l salt brined them then used cow cover,dirty bird hot,Texas beef and s p g grilled them for 1 min 45 secds turned and repeated flipped them drizzled with compound butter took them off the direct heat finished them on the indirect side of the Q brought them to an internal temp of 138-140 because my wife prefers med well took them off dusted with reserve blend and tented them in foil for 10-15 min and wow smack the taste buds right out yo momma's mouth delicious best steaks we've ever had. Thanks Kosmos. The only con is now my wife went and invited her family over for a Q this weekend and I have to grill steaks for 30 realatives. Thanks again Kosmos.

Bought this at my local Ace Hardware a few days ago. Just finished sharing a 22 ounce ribeye grilled on a weber smokey joe with nothing else on it but this, a little granulated garlic, and fresh ground pepper. Perfect. This stuff really surprised me. I seriously thought is was a little too "fine" to douse a steak with but it absolutely is not. I even sprinkled some on my baked potato and also sautéed green beans and onions. Great all around.

I exclusively use Kosmos’s products at home, with my Catering business, and with our barbecue competition team! We use Texas Beef and SPG on our burgers and steaks. Our customers always ask what we do to our burgers to make them taste so good.
We had a two day catering job for a conference. We servers burgers, dogs and brats for lunch on the first day.
They changed the menu and added burgers again for day 2 ! Great product!
