I posted the results in the Competition thread so others would know how much I liked you injection. It was just outstanding. I have always struggled a little in brisket flavor. This was just what I needed to really kick the taste to where it needed to be. So many complements from the Sertoma brothers. My wife and I both thought it was the best brisket we have done. Kosmo did your injection on a nice 12 lb brisket for my Sertoma Club wrap up meeting for our recent KCBS event here in Springfield. It was fantastic. Honestly, it was one of the tastiest briskets we have done. It was given so many complements on flavor, I really felt good about serving my brothers. We injected and did the usual mustard slather, Bovine from Plowboys and a light dust of ground Montreal Steak seasoning, and a light dust of lemon pepper. Was just outstanding.
