The product was better than expected. The dust was perfect. Not salty or intense lemon flavored. The dust is super fine and doesn't require much of sprinkled evenly.

I prepped and marinated the wings overnight. One batch was lemon pepper mixed with olive oil and the other was kickin Cajun mixed with olive oil. I put them in my pellet smoker, with apple wood pellets and smoked them for two hours. I finished them off in the oven at 300* for an hour. Ravable flavor!

Absolutely fantastic! Cooked the wings in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. After I shook on the lemon pepper dust. The best chicken wing I've ever had. I can't wait to try the other flavors!

I have been using Kosmos Q's reserve brisket injection for quite some time and recently came across the wing dust. I used my tumbler on my JoeTisserie and then hit up my wings with the Lemon Pepper wing dust. I gotta tell you, the lemon and the pepper made my wings pop and they were so incredibly tasty. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors.
