Time to upgrade your Thanksgiving green bean casserole - make these super easy grilled garlic and prosciutto wrapped green beans instead!
Thanks to Sunny Moody of Grilled Fit BBQ for this recipe - it looks amazing!
This tasty snack that is just too good to be missing from your Thanksgiving dinner table. Plus, it's dead-simple to make, so you really have no excuse not to try it!
So, grab your ingredients, and let's get started! Wash the green beans, and trim off the ends. put them aside to let them dry.
Next up, lay the pieces of prosciutto out on your cooking surface. Divide the beans into bundles (about 8-10 beans each). Place one bundle on each slice of prosciutto.
Now add 2 garlic cloves to each one, on top of the green beans, and wrap the prosciutto around everything. Drizzle with olive oil, and season lightly with SPG (or your favorite rub).
Everything's set, and the only thing that's left to do is put the wrapped beans over some heat. Place on the grill (or in the oven, if you have to), preheated to 400-425ºF (204-218ºC).
Cook for about 12 minutes - poke the beans to check for doneness. When ready, pull off the heat and serve immediately. Optionally, give another hit of SPG.

These Reverse Seared Steaks are all about building a deep, flavorful crust while keeping the inside perfectly juicy and tender. This recipe puts two cooking methods head-to-head: one steak gets the reverse-sear treatment with a slow cook over indirect heat, while the other goes straight over high heat using the traditional grilling method.
