I finally feel like I did justice to a brisket. I used SPG, Cow Cover and a little Dirty Bird Hot. I followed the over night pellet grill recipe. I ended up at 20 hours in the pellet grill at 225. I pulled it off at 202 and rested just short of an hour. Very happy with the results! Thanks Kosmos Q!
