I love the dirty bird seasoning but the Dirty Siracha kicks up a notch. It has a bite but is so good that you can't stop. It has some heat to it but it doesn't linger in your mouth for long. Use it sparling and remember how much you used and adjust it the next time.

Finally got to use this on a couple racks of ribs. Seasoned them with this and then wrapped with brown sugar for one of the ribs I've ever had. This Dirty Bird Sriracha is legit.

The trouble with Kosmos rubs, is that there are so many. It’s sometimes hard to decide which one to use. Out of all the ones I’ve tried, I only found one that I didn’t care for. Just personal taste I’m sure. All the rest are wonderful.

Used this on chicken lollipops for Chef's Choice category and got 2nd place. Glazed it with some Kosmo's competition sauce mixed with some rib glaze to get it lookin' sexy! Has a nice subtle kick to it. Good stuff!
