Smoked six slabs of St. Louis ribs for a church singing. The Kosmos Peach Jalapeño Glaze got me many compliments like “your ribs are always good but these are the best yet”, “don’t know what you did different but these are awesome “. I told them about the KJP glaze! Just the right amount of heat and sweet. Keeps the nice shine on the bark.

It's good, but I personally can't taste the peach much. The heat is perfect with a touch of sweetness, but it's hard for me to pick up the peach flavor itself.

Hang with me now, that is spam burnt ends. My second attempt, this was Honey Killer Bee, smoked for about 90 minutes around 195 and then glazed for 15 with this Peach Jalapeño. Pretty awesome. My wife liked them and she gags when I open the can of spam. I can't wait to try the Pineapple Heat and the Asian!

I typically use the SPG + Honey Killer Bee rub, “no wrap”, low and slow on my ribs. Finished these off with the Peach Jalapeño glaze. Huge hit!
