This crazy little appetizer is bound to become a favorite! Serve it up while the main cook is underway, to make the wait easier for everyone.
A super quick, super fun recipe! Let's get right into it. Slice the kielbasa into 1/4 inch thick slices, and place them in the bottom of a square baking dish.
Let's give the slices some flavor! Grab a different bowl, and add the Angry Orchards, Brown sugar, Sweet Apple Chipotle BBQ sauce, and Apple Habanero Rib Glaze. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Now pour the glaze over the kielbasa slices in the baking dish. You want to cover the kielbasa, but not leave the slices swimming in the sauce.
Time to get those babies cooking! Place in the oven (or on a preheated smoker) at 350ºF (180ºC). Let the sauce tack up for 1.5 hours.
When the sauce has thickened, get them off the heat. Serve on a tray, with 2-3 slices on a toothpick.
