You only need 10 minutes to prep and cook this easy garlic jalapeno "pizza" on a tortilla - what may start as a last minute snack will definitely become a household favorite!

"One day I decided to make myself a veggie wrap pizza, and quickly realized my son was going to steal. I quickly shook some Garlic Jalapeño rub and Cholula Chili Garlic sauce onto it, and he gave up - luckily for me it ended up being an awesome combo, even when I’m not fighting off my son!"
Let's make the easiest pizza you've ever seen! The hardcore pizza connoisseurs might not be happy that we're using tortillas for this, but keep in mind: the goal here is: 1) lightning quick and 2) finger-lickin' good - and the veggie wraps will do more than fine.
So, get all of the ingredients ready. To make life easier, place the tortilla(s) on something you can easily transport to/from your cooker. This can be a grate or a sheet of parchment paper.
Next, top tortilla with your sauce, cheese, bacon and/or whatever toppings you like! Sprinkle with Kosmo's Q Garlic Jalapeño rub on top. Add more or less to adjust hotness!
Time to cook! Preheat your smoker or set your air fryer to 375ºF (190ºC). Place the garlic jalapeno pizza on the heat for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted into gooey goodness!
Once done, bring your 5 minute pizza off the heat. Let it rest for a couple minutes if you want, or dive right in!
