A combination of everything you like, this italian-inspired chicken tostada will be your next favorite guilty pleasure...
It's a super quick recipe, so there's not a lot you have to do in advance. Have your ingredients ready, and season the chicken breast with your favorite wing dust. Don't go overboard - we'll be adding a lot of flavor later on.
Grill the chicken as you normally would, making sure the meat changes color all the way through (safety first!). Bonus points if you can get some crisp going on on the outside, while keeping the breast juicy on the inside!
Next, boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Once they are ready, drain the water, add olive oil to taste and 2 Tbsp of Kosmo's Garlic Parm wing dust. Mix well.
Heat up your waffle maker, and coat with the olive oil cooking spray. Lay the noodles on the waffle maker until you have a noodle "tortilla".
Cut the grilled chicken breast up, and toss with 1 tbsp of Buffalo wing dust.
Mix the coleslaw with 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of Lemon Pepper wing dust.
Using the noodle "tortilla" as a base, stack the coleslaw and chicken on top. To seal the deal, drizzle with lime ranch dressing.
