Mini Cheese Burger Sliders w/ Garlic Aioli

Mini Cheese Burger Sliders w/ Garlic Aioli

This scrumptious cheeseburger slider recipe that will make you do a double take... Make 'em, dip 'em in the garlic aioli, and feel your taste buds dance!

You Will Need

For the garlic aioli sauce
    • ¾ cup mayonnaise
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 ½ Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
    • SPG rub to taste

The Prep

Before diving into the cooking process, let's make sure you have all the ingredients ready and prepped. First, fire up that flattop grill to get it nice and hot, ready to create the perfect sear for your burgers.

Next, let's talk about the star of the show - the ground beef. Opt for 80/20 ground beef, as the higher fat content will result in juicier and more flavorful burgers. Shape the ground beef into small, slider-sized patties. Then sprinkle with The Best Sizzlin Burger Rub on both sides.

While the grill is heating up, let's prepare the garlic aioli sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Add SPG to taste, giving it a delightful kick. Stir the ingredients together until the sauce is well combined, then place in the fridge until it's time to serve.

The Cook

With the flattop grill heated, it's time to cook those tasty burger patties. Place the seasoned patties on the hot grill, and let them sizzle to perfection. Cook the beef until it reaches your desired doneness, to an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C) Keep in mind, these tiny patties will cook fast!

As the burgers cook, let's add some extra deliciousness to the pretzel rolls. Brush melted Kerrygold butter on both sides of the slider buns, and sprinkle SPG over them. Then toast the pretzel buns on the grill, creating a delectable crunch that will complement the juicy burgers perfectly.

The Payoff

Now that the burgers are cooked to perfection and the buns are toasted, it's time to assemble the sliders!

Place the cooked burger patties on the bottom half of the pretzel buns. Top each patty with a slice of melty American cheese, and drizzle half of the garlic aioli sauce over the cheese, adding a burst of tangy creaminess to each slider.

Now, it's time to serve up these delectable sliders and witness the delight on everyone's faces as they bite into the juicy, flavorful beef, paired with the buttery pretzel buns and zesty garlic aioli. Serve alongside the remaining aioli sauce on the side - this will give your guests the option to dip their sliders! Don't forget to prepare some delicious sides, like crispy fries or a fresh salad.
