The trouble with Kosmos rubs, is that there are so many. It’s sometimes hard to decide which one to use. Out of all the ones I’ve tried, I only found one that I didn’t care for. Just personal taste I’m sure. All the rest are wonderful.

Used this on chicken lollipops for Chef's Choice category and got 2nd place. Glazed it with some Kosmo's competition sauce mixed with some rib glaze to get it lookin' sexy! Has a nice subtle kick to it. Good stuff!

I was waiting for this rub to be available again and when it was I didn't hesitate to order not one but two. It has a nice flavor with the right amount of heat. I'll be putting this on one of the turkey breasts I smoke this thanksgiving.
