THE SPICE FLAVOR WAS NOT QUITE SPOT ON IT WAS VERY CAULKY TASTING, I ADDED SOME LIGHT BROWN SUGAR TO IT AND IT WAS OK FOR TASTE, I AM GOING TO TRY IT ON SOME DEER JERKY NEXT TIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

I put the Cajun rub on ribs. I then put the spice in the Sweet and Smokey sauce. Turned out yummy. My picky granddaughter had two servings. Now my opinion.. There are so many cajun spices our there. I didnt find it Outstanding like some of your other rubs. Ii have all of those and use constantly. Cajun is good but does match the uniqueness of your other outstanding products. I don't feel its a keeper.

Flavors are on point with the Cajun rub! Used it on some shrimp, chicken, and some on pork belly burnt ends. The family, some coworkers, and loved all of it. I don’t use only the Cajun rub, but used some other seasonings along with it.

I used only the Cajun rub and loved it. I also used it on some baby back ribs with some Kosmos SPG,dirty bird, sweet honey pecan with these seasoning's with it brought out more of the Cajun rub flavor.

Made chicken and andouille jambalaya!!! One of the best Cajun seasoning I’ve had. Definitely a keeper. Great balance and the heat was great for those not liking a lot of heat.

Great rub. Can’t wait till it’s on full production to buy more! I’ve used it on Mahi Mahi, smoked wings and ribs, fried chicken, and veggies. All great flavor and wolfed down by guests. Used along with the Garlic Jalapeño rub on the wings and ribs - fantastic.

Wasn't sure about cajun but after tasting it it for the first time I realized what I had been missing. Used it on wings, jalapeño poppers, shrimp, and chicken breast. Loved it on all of it.
