Derrick C.
It has a great taste and goes great on BBQ chicken
Brent C.
Great taste on chicken fish and pork love it
James S.
Used on boneless chicken breasts. Grilled after applying rub and letting sit in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. Great flavor of caribbean jerk but lacking any heat from the profile.
Michael K.
Used it on wings and it was great!

Dragon Eggs were a giant hit
Tony P.
Taste great on everything I tried, fish, shrimp, eggs and vegetables.
Scot E.
Aromatic. Good flavor. You control the spice level by how much you use. So far I've used it in chicken thighs and making beef jerky. Both were very good.

The Carribean Jerk rub tasted bland it appeared to have some flavor, when it first arrived in the mail I put it on some grilled chicken leg quarters. The chicken had a good aroma and decent taste but not like the dirty bird seasoning, now combined with the dirty bird this stuff is a WORLD BEATER on pork, beef and vegetables.
Wendy W.
It was pretty good. Needed something but not sure what! Maybe heat
Mark C.
Had a chance to try out the Jerk rub and it turned out great. I made a batch of my normal wings and a batch with the jerk. Everyone as happy with the jerk rub and I look forward to adding it into the rotation.
Gordon W.
THe jerk chicken rub has good flavor but not spicey. I thought jerk stood for spiciness
Todd H.
Used it for a kick on some pork belly. It was revived extremely well and will be used again.
Kyle B.
Really good. Needs salt and heat though. But can always add those separately
Kale S.
I used it on a pork tenderloin it was great! I think if you guys made a jerk sauce I think that would go great with it. I would keep the rub going forward
Dawn H.
I made pecan crusted talapia with rice and cornbread. The flavor of the jerk was excellent!!
Justin H.
I found that it very good with chicken & shrimp. The jerk flavor is bold and full of flavor.
It definitely has it's own place for uses. Other Kosmo's products can be used on multiple proteins.

I tried this for some grilled chicken breast and let me tell you it's packed with flavor. Sprinkle a generous amount on to marinate and after cooking give it one last hoo rah dash if the rub
and it's a flavorful slow building Carribbean jerk flavor you won't forget .

This is very good on chicken marinated with orange juice. It is also great on pork carnitas, and beef jerky.
Bryan G.
I enjoyed the flavor & it was not over powering of the flavor of the meat. Not too spicy and went well with the pineapple pico that was made.
I also used it on salmon and it was a solid flavor.
Ken S.
Used on pork loin , great flavor
Martin M.
Butterflied chicken breast with EVOO and the Caribbean Jerk rub. Cooked on cast iron with bacon and sharp cheese. Honey mustard on a toasted buttered roll. These were a huge hit. Unbelievable sandwich.
Lee H.
Flavors are exactly what I was hoping for. Cooked chicken and rice using the Jerk seasoning, and it was amazing
Jonatan C.
I was absolutely wrong about this rub at first. I didn’t think it was great when I first tried it out. I was ready to give up on it until I tried it out with ribs. Damn if they weren’t the best tasting ribs I’ve ever made. My wife loves it and is now hooked. She wants them covered with this rub every time.
Charles C.
Everyone loved it great flavor.
Scott S.
Delicious! Works great on everything
David L.
Loved it right amount of bite and the cinnamon worked great in it.
Nicholas L.
Smoked Caribbean jerk chicken thighs.
I have to admit I’ve never been a huge fan of Caribbean jerk seasoning, but this stuff blew my mind. Blasted with flavor. You could almost taste it in the smoke! Definitely a keeper in my book.
Randall s.
Excellent taste, not hot like most jerk seasoning. My wife loved it. Most jerk seasoning is too hot for her. I used it on chicken and skirt steak. I think it’s going to be a hit.
Gina W.
I put it on pork butts, they turned out great . .I did add extra cayenne to it after I shredded the pork! It needed a little more heat
Santiago V.
I really liked this rub. It has a bold but good flavor. It can have a little more salt, but when used with cow cover rub and raspberry Chipotle bbq sauce. It becomes a gourmet meal. I would recommend this rub. Santiago Valles

Very nice balance of sweet heat. Flavors are phenomenal
Nick C.
I used it on boneless chicken thighs and on shrimp. I made a marinade with two tables spoons of the rub and some olive oil. I let them marinate for about 4 hours. The flavor profile it perfect, not too spicy not too sweet. I highly recommend this rub.
Larry V.

Josh C.
It was really good nice kick
Robyn B.
This was used on chicken breast strips wrapped in bacon. Marinated for six hours. Cooked on a charcoal grill . Served with rice cooked with vegetables. Drizzled with honey. It definitely has a kick. Not when you first taste it but shortly after.
Kyle G.
Super good flavor and color. Very crispy skin!
Keith D.
This was an amazing seasoning. I used it on sautéed jerk shrimp and a bed of jerk cauliflower rice. It was some of the best eating I’ve had in a while. Great flavor with the perfect sweet and spice. It’s exactly what I think Caribbean Jerk seasoning should taste like.
