Used the double pepper cow cover on 2 inch boneless ribeye. Soaked in brisket mop to marinate for 45 min. Reverse seared indirect and sprinkled best prime steak dust till it reached 102… removed then raised grill temp to 165 seared turned several times until it reached 142…removed, brush dripped wish melted kerrygold butter and rested in half pan for 10- 15 minutes, dusted with reserve blend beef powder …off the charts good!

I'm usually a salt and pepper only brisket guy. I saw this looked really peppery so I gave it a try. I was amazed at the flavor. Id highly recommend for brisket. Cant wait to try it on other stuff.

Cooked a choice brisket, hot and fast using the new Double Pepper Cow Cover. Loved it! No need for any other seasoning.
Also cooked a pair of nice Faroe Islands salmon filets, one with Sweet Honey Pecan and the other with the Double Pepper Cow Cover. We usually go sweet on salmon, but I love the texture and savory notes of the DPCC.

this stuff is awesome. The only thing letting it sit on the meat overnight it really soaks into the meat, and it can be overpowering but that's my mistake nothing on them. But besides that, I like all of their products.

Smoked a 16 pound packer brisket using the double pepper cow cover and texas beef rubs. Makes a great crust with just the right amount of heat. Taste was excellent burnt ends were amazing.

I bought this with the intention on using on steak and maybe layer down the road on a chuck roast, l tried it on 2 ribeyes, it came out great, it had a mean looking crust on them, the wife said bonus points to whatever l did to the steak
