I wanted to update my previous 5 star review. My first batch of these cutting boards were great. My latest batch is bad. There is almost no plastic coating on the paper and it causes them so soak through almost immediately after cutting only one 5Lb package of boneless/skinless chicken breasts into slices. The pictures show how the juices soak right into the cutting board almost instantly, and also how the paper then warps and lifts off the counter. Barely useable in its current rendition. I would look elsewhere or wait for the quality control to get better.

These disposable cutting boards protect your counters, and make clean up a breeze. I use them to cut up to 30 lbs of chicken breasts and pork chops at a time when I am making raw cat food. I make these batches up monthly and these cutting boards are perfect. They stand up to the knife and many cuts, never leak, and you fold them up and throw them in the trash when you are done. They also work great for seasoning a pork shoulder, so you don't make a mess with the spices and trimming. Then keep it around for when you are ready to pull the shoulder and again protect the counter from a mess. Really a very good product that I use all the time.

These are oversized cutting boards if nd quite useful. At first it cut them into quarters to make them last.
I’m currently using them to cover a cloth I don’t want splattered with grease. I’m a demo person using an electric grill.
