love the knife set, very sharp.. boning knife works really well cleaning and trimming meats, butchers knife work really well cutting up pork ribs and beef ribs after cooking.... havnt used the big slicing knife as of yet, but im sure I won't be disappointed.. Great product along with all the seasonings and sauce(s) and soaks and brines

They are very very sharp when you get them. The only thing that I didn’t care for very much is they are made with cheap Chinese steel. They do not tell you when you spend almost $100 for the knives that. That they are from China.
