Product was horribly clumpy. I actually had to mortor and pestal the rub to get it to break up. I used on chicken thighs. I found it lacked any heat or sweetness, and not enough salt. Nothing in the taste was off'putting, just kinda bland. Next time I use, i will apply as a base seasoning, and top with SPG or something. Wouldn't buy again.

Used it on a boston butt it turned out fabulous. A great blend for pork , chicken, seafood. Did a smoked block of cream cheese that was great also

I just grilled venison blackstrap wrapped in bacon with Honey Chipotle and Garlic Jalapeño rubs. I failed to get a before picture and since there was absolutely nothing left, my only choice was this picture of a Black Hole. Hope it gets the message across.

I used the honey Jalapeño rub on chicken wings it had great flavor. I’m already planning my next cook, so I can use it again…

As I am still waiting on my smokers to arrive in South Dakota I haven’t been able to cook with it but my first taste screams wings! I’ll be using a lot of this I believe.

I’ve used the new honey jalapeño rub a couple of times now. I did a side-by-side comparison on some poppers with the garlic jalapeño rub and honey jalapeño rub. Also used it on a couple of pork loin chops. Love the sweet and a little bit of heat from this rub. It’s a keeper for sure!

Had 10 nice pork chops I needed to use so I mixed things up a little. The first 3 I used the honey jalapeño and heath riles garlic butter. I wanted to like those but they were just OK. The next three I used honey jalapeño and dirty bird. Those were excellent! The next 2 I used honey jalapeño and garlic powder. Didn't care much for that combination. The last 2 I used straight honey jalapeño. Didn't much care for those either. Just for reference; All were cooked in a cast iron skillet on medium heat on a gas stove. The pan was allowed to heat up to sear temp each cook. I cleaned the pan after each cook. I oiled it with olive oil each time. All were cooked to 145° internal temp. The clear winner was the honey jalapeño and dirty bird combination. Not enough so that I would purchase the honey jalapeño again though because it just didn't have the ability, in my opinion, to be used as a stand alone rub. I absolutely love Kosmo's Q rubs though! Dedicated customer here!

Good sweet heat. I used on a chicken breast in a cast iron skillet. Then deglazed with broth, garlic salt, garlic, and honey. Turned out really nice.
