Preparing the perfect ribs starts with a good trim: ensure that the membrane, silverskin, and any tough fat are removed from the ribs. This will allow the flavors to penetrate the meat more effectively.
Once this is done, preheat your smoker. With the ribs prepped, generously rub all sides with the Secret Stash Peach rub. This flavorful blend will set the stage for the taste you're aiming for. Now, lay the ribs on the grate, bone side down, and close the lid. Let the the heat work its magic for about 60 minutes or until they develop a rich mahogany color.
