PEACHY Perfect Ribs on a Pellet Grill

Try the world's most perfectly smoked ribs with this Peachy Perfect Ribs on a Pellet Grill recipe! Use the perfect combination of rubs and glazes to pack your baby back ribs with flavor that will have your taste buds singing.

You Will Need

The Prep

Preparing the perfect ribs starts with a good trim: ensure that the membrane, silverskin, and any tough fat are removed from the ribs. This will allow the flavors to penetrate the meat more effectively.

Once this is done, preheat your smoker. With the ribs prepped, generously rub all sides with the Secret Stash Peach rub. This flavorful blend will set the stage for the taste you're aiming for. Now, lay the ribs on the grate, bone side down, and close the lid. Let the the heat work its magic for about 60 minutes or until they develop a rich mahogany color.

The Cook

As the ribs reach the desired color, carefully remove the ribs from the smoker and wrap them in aluminum foil. Inside the foil, pour a thick layer of Peach Jalapeno BBQ Glaze, as well as brown sugar, Parkay squeeze butter, and a touch of water. Wrap tightly, taking care not to puncture or tear the foil, and return the wrapped ribs to the smoker.

When the ribs reach an internal temperature of 202°F (92ºC) or are toothpick tender, bring them off the heat. Carefully unwrap the ribs and place them on a cutting board. Now, generously glaze the meat side with the Peach Habanero BBQ Sauce, using a basting brush. This final layer adds a spicy kick to complement the sweet peach flavors. Allow the ribs to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes, letting the juices redistribute..

It's the moment you've been waiting for! Time to savor your peachy perfect ribs. Slice into the succulent meat, separating the individual ribs, and plate alongside your favorite sides and/or dipping sauce. Garnish with fresh peaches to add a thematic touch.
