I am the student Manager of our on-campus Pub. The Peach Habanero BBQ Sauce is by far the fan favorite. It's great on our wings and some even put it on top of their pizza. I wish I could buy it in gallon jugs!

I love the flavor of this but only give it a 4 stars instead of 5 because I think it is to thin, meaning I had to apply a second time after the cook to get the best taste from it. Going forward I would use it let it stiffen up and then reapply it a second time before removing it from the pit.

I used this sauce to glaze some wings that I smoked. This sauce paired with the "Seven Pepper Face Lift" wing dust is an unbeatable combination. Make no mistake, they are hot, but sweet as well. I will be keeping a supply of this sauce.

Just received this in the mail yesterday. Went out a got some thick-cut, bone-in pork chops. Cooked the chops with cherry wood, and applied the sauce during the last 5 minutes. Tried the Superbowl BBQ wings on the BGE for Superbowl Sunday using the Peach Habanero BBQ sauce + rib glaze. Made my own SPG rub, cooked until done over direct heat, tossed the wings in a bowl with the sauce + glaze, returned to char over flame then took inside to feast. They were AWESOME! Just a little heat, great flavor. Highly recommend, but not that a single batch will use up over 80% of your sauce bottle so plan ahead (you can get 3-4 batches out of the glaze.

How can a fruit be so personal?
A little back story: my dad loves peaches. It's a love of labor; a labor of love. Something so intimate, it's a part of one's fabric; one's consciousness.
Back in the late 1960's, my family had the single largest, continuous, peach growing operation on the planet (2200+ acres in California). My dad has lived and breathed peaches; the likes of which most people, including myself, can't even begin to fathom. The last week of July/first week of August is special time on the calendar; when his favorite peach variety ripens. It's a time of year we have all come to know and celebrate.
This incredible man, who just recently celebrated his 69th birthday and who loves ribs, asked me how I made such gorgeous ribs? I gifted him Dirty Bird and Honey Killer Bee and said, "here's the formula; bring that with you on our upcoming vacation...but you'll have to wait on the sauce." A few weeks later on a trip, I gifted him some of your Peach Habanero BBQ sauce that we would use on our cook.
Suffice it to say Kosmo, you made an old man really happy. The ribs cooked at a mile high on a WSM were easy...almost too easy and utterly epic. You didn't just give us Peach Habanero BBQ sauce; you gave all of us an incredible family memory.

I smoked a pork butt after injecting it with Kosmos' pork injection. It was tender and juicy and full of flavor. The meat was so flavorful that it didn't need much if any sauce. In spite of that, I provided a choice of 3 sauces on the side. Since this was the first time I used Kosmos' sauce, I asked my guests to taste test each one. One was Kosmos' Peach Habanero BBQ Sauce. There were 8 diners. Everyone remarked how good tasting the sauce was. 6 of 8 of the diners preferred the Peach Habanero to the other sauces. The bottle was practically gone after the meal even though the meat didn't really need saucing. In short it was great and I ordered more.
