UNBELIEVABLE Grilled Aldi Steak Recipe

UNBELIEVABLE Grilled Aldi Steak Recipe

Cooking some value grass-fed steaks for a simple yet delicious grilled steak recipe! With just a few quality ingredients and straightforward steps, you can enjoy restaurant-worthy steaks right at home.

You Will Need:

The Prep

Before we get to cooking the steaks, it's essential to prepare them for maximum flavor. Start by generously rubbing all sides of the steaks with the Double Pepper Cow Cover Coarse rub. Alternatively, use whatever you have at home - you know what you like!

After seasoning, allow the steaks to rest for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. This short resting period allows the flavors to meld as the meat "sweats" through the rub.

With your steaks are properly seasoned and rested, it's time to fire up the grill. Prepare it for two-zone cooking, with one side of the grates directly above the heat source.

The Cook

When the grill is hot, carefully place the seasoned steaks over direct heat. To achieve those coveted grill marks, sear the steaks for 30 seconds on each side. After flipping, rotate the steaks by 45 degrees and sear for an additional 30 seconds on each side.

After searing, move the steaks over to indirect heat to finish cooking. While they cook, baste the steaks with melted Kerrygold butter for added richness and flavor. Use a meat thermometer to monitor the internal temperature, aiming for a perfect medium-rare at 127°F (53°C).

The Payoff

Once your steaks have reached the desired doneness, remove them from the grill and allow them to rest for 5 to 10 minutes. This resting period allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy and flavorful steak with every bite.

Before serving, top each steak with a slice of Kerrygold butter for an extra indulgent touch. Then, slice into the steaks, serve, and enjoy.
