We injected half chickens with the Original Chicken Injection. The injection kept the kept the chickens moist and tender. They were rubbed down with Dirty Bird Hot. We finished 12th in our 2nd competition.

The injection has a good flavor but has too much smoke in it. Take the smoke out and it will be on point
