I was recently in a hog and hen cook off this past Saturday. I had been researching since I was the only female in this competition. I just so happened to run across “the kings of BBQ” show and binged it for like 4 weeks in a row. I live in a small town in North Carolina so I wasn’t sure if I could find the seasonings. I have a collection of over 50 different BBQ rubs, by quite a few different companies. Each company seems to have one or two really good rubs, and a bunch of other ones that are nothing special IMO. Only two companies seem to hit it out of the park with every product: Kosmos Q and Killer Hogs. If I could only own one brand, it would be Kosmos Q. Dirty Bird, regular or hot, is the best damn seasoning on the planet according to my family, and Honey Killer Bee doesn't just tastes great, but makes the prettiest damn pork I've ever set my eyes on. I love to experiment with different seasonings, but if you want everything you need to cook anything in one convenient package,, look no farther that this Kosmos Q bundle!

Well I bought both the wing dust in garlic parmesan and chili lime flavor and the wet sauce pack. We tried the wing dust both flavors on chicken breasts.
We also tried the Apple Chipolte Sauce on Pork Chops but we knew the real test would be wings.
Tonight we cooked wings in our Ninja Air Fryer. Coated them in olive oil and then coated them with Chile Lime dust. Air fried on 390° for 10 minutes on each side. Then I put them in a container with Cherry Habanero Sauce. They were amazing! we can not wait to try the other sauces!
