Have only dabbled into Dirty Bird Coarse and Texas Garlic Butter, and loved that combo on some baby backs along with the original competition sauce. Kosmo’s Q is my go to when I fire up the grill!!!

All the flavors taste great. I’ve already cooked with a couple of them. Boneless skinless thighs with the Dirty Bird Coarse. Changed my bacon wrapped shrimp recipe to use Texas Garlic Butter as the base instead of another brand’s “buttery” seasoning.

The Mystery Box came just in time for our 4th of July celebration. I used the cherrywood smoked chipotle on the ribs and let them sit for a couple of days before putting them on the smoker. And for the sides I used honey bourbon heat in the baked beans and Texas garlic butter on the corn. All the new seasonings have a great taste but I will say the honey bourbon heat smells like a freshly cracked open bottle of Jack.
