Hang with me now, that is spam burnt ends. My second attempt, this was Honey Killer Bee, smoked for about 90 minutes around 195 and then glazed for 15 with this Peach Jalapeño. Pretty awesome. My wife liked them and she gags when I open the can of spam. I can't wait to try the Pineapple Heat and the Asian!

I typically use the SPG + Honey Killer Bee rub, “no wrap”, low and slow on my ribs. Finished these off with the Peach Jalapeño glaze. Huge hit!

As a prolific griller, I enjoy doing the majority of the cooking for my wife and I for the past 25 years. I have worn out several Webers as well as a couple of Home Depot stainless models. I currently have a Green Mountain pellet grill, a Camp-Chef 24" Smoke Vault Smoker and a Bull 30" Angus gas grill. I grill or smoke 4 to 6 nights a week. We have baby back ribs at least once a month. For years, I have been slow cooking the ribs and putting barbeque sauce on the last 30 minutes of so. After seeing a few of your videos using the rib glazes, I decided to try one, the Peach Jalapeno. I didn't tell my wife about the change, just brushed it on for the last 30 minutes, let them rest for about 15 minutes, sliced and served. My immediately looked at me and 'what the hell did you do differently to the ribs? I lied and said nothing, why? She then said whaat ever you did, KEEP DOING IT!!
