Used the turkey brine kit this past thanksgiving. My uncle and I competed with two separate turkeys. He grilled his on a Weber kettle charcoal grill and I grilled mine in a gas grill with a smoker box. I used the rub. He did not. I won.
The turkey was phenomenal. A number of people thought it was fried. The sauce took it to the ultimate level. Both sauces were superb and really complemented the flavor.
