This is to die for. Did 2 butts for a friends anniversary and knocked it out of the park. Pork marinade for a day and then honey bee with dirty bird. Smoked about 12hours to 200 rest till about 170. Perfect pull.

Absolutely the greatest we use this to bring our pork shoulders we add apples onions and celery with apple cider vinegar and apple juice brine it for 24 hours and oh my gosh it’s awesome

First time with the Pork Brine and it turned out awesome. My wife loves the impossible. Thin, juicy and flavorful pork chops lol. This Kosmo combo does the trick. After the brine I did Dirty Bird Hot on the top and Honey Killer Bee on the bottom. Victory!

Brined & injected for 24 hours to smoke. It rained & heavy winds so I had to use my Ninja XL Pro smart oven. Flavors & tenderness couldn't be better even on a convection oven!!!

I brined overnight with the pork soak and It was some of the juiciest pulled pork I’ve ever had. I highly recommend trying. Also tried it on ribs definitely made them tender.

Purchased the Pork brine when I purchased the chicken soak….this is the way to go! Did an 8lb pork belly a week ago and soak it for 6 hrs and today, spare ribs! Definitely adds flavor, great product!
