By fsr the best holiday ham I have done. Smoked at 225 for 4 hours. Then glazed after turning up temp to 300

I have been making my own spice rubs for years, but I have enjoyed the Kosmos Q Sauces and glazes. At Thanksgiving we decided to give the Turkey kit a go and found the result to be absolutely delicious, SO I ordered the Holiday Ham kit to try.....as expected this combination is outstanding as well.....I may quit making my own rubs!! THANK YOU

Holiday ham kit. Bone in shank half ham. Scored it. Seasoned it. Put on Traeger till 130 internal. Hit it with the maple glaze. Pulled it at 140 internal. Rested it for 15 minutes. I am 67. Cook-smoked a lot of ham. This was the best ham we've ever had.

I'm getting long in the tooth and I gotta say, this was the best ham I ever made/ate. Smithfield spiral sliced with the Kozmo Ham kit. Freaking DELICIOUS!!!!! Then it made the most tasty fried ham sammichs!

I haven't tried it on the ham yet but did use on some spare ribs and it was awesome.

The Killer Honey Bee rub is good and the Bourbon Maple glaze added a nice flavor.

This Thanksgiving we did 4 Turkeys and 1 ham for approximately 30 people. Out of the 4 Turkeys; 3 were injected and deep fried and 1 was brined, dry rubbed, glazed and thrown on a pellet grill as recommended by Kosmos. The favorite of the Turkeys was the the Kosmos brined bird by far... However, the Ham stole the show with Kosmos dirty bird, killer honey bee and pineapple/habanero glaze... Absolutely Delicious!!!!

Today, I used Dirty Bird and Honey Pecan on the ham. It would have been great as is but I took it to the next level with the Maple Bourbon glaze. My family loved it. My dad normally does not like ham. He couldn't eat or say enough about it. It was fantastic. Thank you for such a great product.

I used a combo of dirty bird and killer honey bee dry rubs Smoked for 3 hrs at 190* Wrapped in foil for another 3 hrs at 190* Broiled on high for 5 minutes in oven And added the rib glaze. Competition ribs ready to eat. !!!
