This Thanksgiving we did 4 Turkeys and 1 ham for approximately 30 people. Out of the 4 Turkeys; 3 were injected and deep fried and 1 was brined, dry rubbed, glazed and thrown on a pellet grill as recommended by Kosmos. The favorite of the Turkeys was the the Kosmos brined bird by far... However, the Ham stole the show with Kosmos dirty bird, killer honey bee and pineapple/habanero glaze... Absolutely Delicious!!!!

Today, I used Dirty Bird and Honey Pecan on the ham. It would have been great as is but I took it to the next level with the Maple Bourbon glaze. My family loved it. My dad normally does not like ham. He couldn't eat or say enough about it. It was fantastic. Thank you for such a great product.

I used a combo of dirty bird and killer honey bee dry rubs
Smoked for 3 hrs at 190*
Wrapped in foil for another 3 hrs at 190*
Broiled on high for 5 minutes in oven
And added the rib glaze.
Competition ribs ready to eat. !!!
