Celebration of life, 80lbs of pork butts, looked in cabinet realized I did NOT have any rub left from my last cook (had enough for two butts) so I placed my order then I panicked as I was afraid it’d b snail mail, I called & talked to Jordan Norris, he said no problem I’ll reroute the order & get it there in two days. Service was Saturday I wanted the shipment by Friday so my pork could sit all night with the rub on, I was so RELIEVED when I saw my shipment on Thursday / KOSMOS saved my bacon!!!

Used it on a spiral ham. Smoked for 4 hours at 220. Made a glaze of pineapple apple juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and burbon to taste. Family and guests love it.
