Smoke low n slow til internal 165. Pull off. Air fryer 400 for 4 min n get the best of both worlds. Smoke birth bird taste and crispy wings!

Brined turkey with Kosmo's cajun brine and then used the hot dirty bird rub and some cajun rub. Smoked for about 3 hours. Best turkey I have ever eat.

Smoker at 275 till temp reached 120. Finished in covered pan w breast sitting on apple slices smoker at 350 to 155 temp. Rested while finished rising, covered, to 165. White sauce, lettuce and Turkey Sammie’s!
