From beef ribs to brisket…I love the flavor of cow cover and the bark it makes. I usually buy the hot and regular and mix the two 50/50 because there are a couple of people in my family that think the hot is “too” hot. This is a great tasting compromise but I secretly dust mine with a little extra hot at the end! It’s just a great tasting rub!

This entire order originated because my youngest son was heading to college at NC State and puts Cow Cover on everything. As we were nearly out, I ordered two bottles for him to take to school. As a bonus, I picked up a couple bottles of the Double Pepper Coarse, as I had not tried it. Wife said it is outstanding on steak.

Never heard of Kosmos Q. One day I was talking to my nephew in Texas that was insisting he needed Dirty Bird for his wings. I asked, what’s that? He told ms and insisted I would love it. I went to the website as we were still on the phone. I ordered it, he said, “You will really like the Honey Killer Bee, so I ordered that as well. Then he named another one. It went on and on until I had ordered 7. I tried this one on burgers. All I can say is, WOW! My grandson and I couldn’t believe how good the burgers were. I couldn’t wait to try another one, but first I asked my daughter if she wanted to try it. I gave her some, then my grandson’s girlfriend. I have been pushing this all over PA.

I've been using kosmos products since i started making BBQ. Over the years I've changed my technique with brisket, but the one constant that has remained was kosmos rubs and injections. I used Cow Cover and Texas Beef on this brisket, I also injected it with Reserve Blend and moisture magic. This was hands down the best brisket I've ever made. Great products that help produce a great final result.
