Cow Cover is my all-time #1 go-to for beef....and a few other things, too. It's great on just about anything, especially when paired with Kosmo's "Texas Beef" rub. I even put it on eggs and hashbrowns. There's a lot of good beef rubs out there, but Kosmo's Cow Cover is my favorite. And I'm so grateful that they ship reasonably all the way to Alaska, unlike so many other "lower-48" companies. Thank you, Kosmo's fam!

The absolute best beef rub there is. It is also good as a seasoning on many other things, as I use it on rice, mashed potatoes, grits, and several other things. I don’t even want to say how good it is on a big ole ribeye. It is my go to seasoning.

Cow Cover is awesome!! We've been using it on steaks for a while, we liked it so we well we decided to try it on a brisket with a dry pack of Lipton Onion soup mix, OMG, that was the best brisket we have ever had. I patted the wings dry , hit them with baking powder and Dirty Bird hot!
On the pellet smoker at 325. When done tossed with Cherry habanero.

I cooked a Brisket with cow cover, salt and pepper and watched his utube to the T. Wrapped in your butcher paper at 10 hours cooked until it hit 202, rested wrapped and again in the pro's secert and an hour later. Wow! Best ever and everyone loved it. Thank You!!
