Injected a brisket and cooked my second one in the oven and it was incredible! The injection helps keep it from drying out and adds a flavor like it's been in the smoker. I never cared to try an oven brisket and although there's no smoke ring, the flavor and end result was amazing. Used SPG and cow cover in addition to the injection.

This injection worked out perfect! I had a 15lb brisket but I didn't over do it. My rub SPG. The kicker was i oven cooked it (my 1st time, its cold in PA) turned out better than expected. Next time in my smoker!
