Kosmos is all I'll use anymore for brisket, smoked chicken, wings (their dry rubs are superb!). I have an entire 2 (small) shelves in my spice rack dedicated to their products. This purchase was 4 x 1lb refills for many of my prior purchases (Killer Bee Chipotle, SPG, Texas Beef and Cow Cover) because I've used them up faster than the others. I couldn't recommend Kosmos products any higher!

I am a huge chipotle nut, love the smoky chipotle flavor. This rub has quickly become one of my favorites. I will try it on anything. The sweet smoky heat of this rub is amazing. I think I would eat it on a smoked flip-flop. This is a definite one to try if you like chipotle smoke flavor.

Loading the Yoder 480s with nearly 34lbs of pork shoulder. Rubbed with Kosmos Q Honey Killer Bee and marinated overnight before the early morning smoke session begins. I was smoking the pork for our neighbors as they are having a big birthday party. Everyone commented how absolutely incredible this pulled-pork was.
All I buy anymore is various rubs, seasonings and sauces from Kosmos Q - they are all so fantastic!

I grilled some thick cut pork loin and used Spicy Killer Bee Chipotle Honey Rub on them. Grilled too 135 degrees then brushed with honey. Finished them to 145 degrees and pulled them off. They were really good. I first bought the sample packs, and after using it ordered a pound bag of this rub. I need to try some of the others runs out.

Thick cut pork chops rubbed with honey Chipotle killer bees. Cooked on gravity fed charcoal grill at 550 degrees. At internal temp of 135 degrees i brushed with a local honey. Grilled to 145 degrees and removed. Wow this rub has a little kick, but was amazing.
