Kickin' Cajun Aioli Recipe!

Kickin' Cajun Aioli Recipe!

Looking for that perfect dip for your sweet potato fries, or to spice up your burgers? This is a quick and easy Cajun Aioli with a trifecta of sweet, salty, and spice.

Thank you Steven Doroshuk of smokebrobbq for this delicious recipe!

You Will Need

The Prep

For a recipe as simple as this aioli dip, the resulting product really depends on your choice of ingredients. Don't pick the absolute cheapest mayo and honey - it really will make a world of difference.

The Cook

So, once you've got everything you'll need, simply add all of the ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly. You want the wing dust and seasoning to be completely and evenly incorporated, so don't rush this. You can use a mixer too.

Once that's done, cover the bowl with some saran wrap. Place in the fridge for about an hour. This will not only chill the dip (for maximum enjoyment on a hot summer day), but allow the Wing Dust flavors to come out fully.

The Payoff

And you're all done! Use this Kickin' Cajun aioli either as dip for french fries or chicken wings, or drizzle some on a burger to give it an extra kick.

Again, thanks to Steven Doroshuk of smokebrobbq for coming up with the recipe.
