Shrimp scampi in less than 30 minutes, start to finish. Absolutely delicious. Everyone that tries this is going to rave about it. What's there not to love?
Big thanks to Matt Ramsey (@cookerofdeliciousness) for this one!
To start things off, grab a large bowl, and add the peeled and deveined shrimp. Pour in a little bit of avocado oil, and mix to coat the shrimp. Then season with Garlic Parmesan Dust. Proceed to cook up the shrimp, then set aside for later.
On your stove top, preheat a large pan. Add half a stick of butter, let it melt, then add as much garlic as your heart tells you to. Cook for a few minutes until the garlic turns golden.
Next, add two more sticks of butter to the pan. While that butter is melting, grab a separate pan and cook up your 3 lbs Cheese Tortellini Pasta. This should only take about 2 minutes to finish in boiling water.
Once the butter in the first pan is almost melted, add half a cup of white cooking wine, a cup of parmesan cheese, and some Parsley flakes for looks. Once your pasta is cooked, strain and add it to that butter sauce. Add the shrimp as well, and mix everything together.
Your shrimp scampi is almost ready. Only thing left to do is plate and top with a little more Parmesan. Serve and enjoy!
