But don’t worry, dry aging steak is not as hard as it may sound. I’m taking you step-by-step through the process, and you’ll be amazed at how easy it is. Enough talkin’, let’s get to cookin’!

We Made Perfect Smoked Beef Ribs

That’s right, we made perfect smoked beef ribs on the drum smoker! Beef ribs, aka dino ribs, are massive and can be an intimidating cook, but with this recipe, you’ll nail them every time. We’ll take you through each step of the prep process and show you exactly how to cook these ribs. For this cook, we’re using two of our go-to rubs, Double Pepper Cow Cover Coarse and The Best Garlic Jalapeno rubs, but you use what you like. Once they’ve been on the smoker over indirect heat for about three hours, we’re gonna take them off, spray them with a Brisket Mop mix, wrap them in butcher paper, then put them back on to finish the cook.
