I have been a customer almost from the very beginning.
The Double Pepper rub is awesome. I used it on stuffed burgers (without bun (stuffed with chopped jalapeno,
onion and sharp cheder cheese. It is also fantastic on steaks. Another '"can't do without" are Sweet Honey Pecan and Honey Killer Bee. I alternate them when making mini breakfast sandwiches with ground sausage, sliced olives and chopped jalapeno's. Good stuff.

Nothing special, couple choice tri tip from costco that ended up in the freezer because they were about to time out.

Noobs, repeat after me "reverse sear" you can't lose. 185 in the smoker until around 125, remove and sear 60 second x 2 ways per side on my weber maxed out with grill grates.
Sprinkled a little Texas Beef on top as I paper wrapped. Set in a cookie tray with a big towel foldered on top (my cooler was mia). Wait an hour (no not 20 minutes is close enough) and your friends and neighbors worship you.

Well, this is officially the best rub for brisket I’ve ever had. Next up are some beef ribs. Can’t stress enough how good this tastes. I bet it even makes some chili really shine! This will be a staple in the seasoning cabinet that’s for sure.
