The Honey chipotle was perfect on ribs, i made with honey Chipotle added little bit of pepper to counter the sweetness and came out juicy and flavorful, first time trying kosmosq would recommend.

I bought the bundle 1lb bags and The Best Rub bundle couple weeks ago. Made so spare ribs into St. Louis style and put down honey killer bee and then dirty bird wrapped phase used kerrygold butter, brown sugar and apple habanero and last 20 min I basted with more apple habanero. I’m no photographer but they came out amazing. I also prefer your SPG over others. I like that it’s course and just has a better aroma and flavor.

I've tried the Killer Bee Honey Rub on boneless chicken breast the day after receiving the Rub Combo. Oh My Goodness! This is the best rub I've ever tried....all I can say is what rock have I been sleeping under and I haven't heard of this seasoning before? I can't wait to try the other 7 seasonings....if they're anything like the Killer Bee Honey I'll be on the verge of becoming a fat boy again (smile).

No complaints love everyone of them but my only suggestion would to add a double zip loc on the 1b bags that single strip never wants to close right and most the time I go to reuse them they been sitting open! So a double strip would be much easier to close

Well this is the first time, I have tried this seasoning… I bought the bags so I could have a lot for my family of seven… So got home to find this. The dirty bird seasoning bag was busted open in the box. My friends told me Kosmos is the best. Another review will be coming once I try the rest of the season. I guess I have to throw my Dirty Bird away.

This was my first brisket ever, and was very tender and juicy. Although the bark did not come out the way I would have liked, But was a learning experience. Next time I know, to wrap it according to look not temperature. Brisket was delicious, loaded/w flavor. You can see in the picture what I used.
As you can see I made my own custom spice jars. I ordered the spice jars & printable vinyl stickers from Amazon. Took images of the spices from Kozmos website, put them on a word document, and printed on my Canon Pixma Pro 10.
