No complaints love everyone of them but my only suggestion would to add a double zip loc on the 1b bags that single strip never wants to close right and most the time I go to reuse them they been sitting open! So a double strip would be much easier to close

The dirty bird seasoning bag was busted open in the box. My friends told me Kosmos is the best. Another review will be coming once I try the rest of the season. This was my first brisket ever, and was very tender and juicy. Although the bark did not come out the way I would have liked, But was a learning experience. Next time I know, to wrap it according to look not temperature. Brisket was delicious, loaded/w flavor. You can see in the picture what I used.
As you can see I made my own custom spice jars. I ordered the spice jars & printable vinyl stickers from Amazon. Took images of the spices from Kozmos website, put them on a word document, and printed on my Canon Pixma Pro 10.
