Waited months for this to finally be back in stock and I was not disappointed. Love the deep pepper flavor added to the cow cover, which is my personal favorite steak seasoning. All of the seasonings I have tried by Kosmos all been amazing.. I had a quarter bottle left of my original hot cow cover and added it to the double pepper cow cover! Perfection! Love it on my ribeyes.

Was concerned that Kosmos wouldn't have the Double Pepper Cow Cover available in time for me to use for Christmas dinner. They came through and I recieved it a few days before Christmas and I'm glad they did! One of the best Standing Rib Roasts (Prime Rib) that I have ever done. I followed the video recipe that they posted, even did the dipping sauce.

Used the double pepper cow cover on 2 inch boneless ribeye. Soaked in brisket mop to marinate for 45 min. Reverse seared indirect and sprinkled best prime steak dust till it reached 102… removed then raised grill temp to 165 seared turned several times until it reached 142…removed, brush dripped wish melted kerrygold butter and rested in half pan for 10- 15 minutes, dusted with reserve blend beef powder …off the charts good!
