I mix 1 bottle of brisket mop to 40 ounces of beef broth and use it when I wrap briskets and also pour it over after it’s cut. It’s a great way to keep moisture in. It really adds a nice flavor without changing the flavor profile. I cook mostly Bison Briskets. Great product!

Been waiting for this brisket mop to be back in stock for I don’t know how long. Although I have never cooked a brisket my family and I love to use it in place of any other type of steak sauce. Especially on tri tip sandwiches. Are even more so on a black and blue grilled cheeseburger.

!st time I've ever smoked meat and I'm 61. Knew I didn't care to after watching dad crack the door on the smoker, shut the door. I found the Masterbuilt 1020 gravity grill and smoker. Digital temp, timer and 4 probes for internal temp of meat. OMGosh! We did the Competition Brisket...Better than the beef brisket from dickies bbq and we really liked theirs except too pricey. Problem solved..Thank You Kosmos q. My son is a carnivore and he LOVED it!
