I make a tri tip almost every weekend for a week long protein snack bag. You can see the amazing results in the pictures. 90 minutes start to finish, simple reverse sear, 185 degrees in the MasterBuilt.
Killer Honey Bee and Best Garlic Jalapeno are a match made in BBQ Heaven! I finish after the sear with some Texas Beef to add some sweetness. Keep it wrapped for as long as you can hold off the crowd of hungry peeps. I even leave it over night in the fridge as its easier to get razor thin slices when its cold. One of many killer combos of Kosmo products!

I love to use the killer bee on bacon. I recommend waiting until the bacon is almost done. Since it's sweeter it has more sugar in it and is easy to burn if you don't watch it towards the end.

I used this rub in combination with your chicken brine on a dozen spatchcocked chickens. I smoked them and spritzed them with a mix of the rub, orange juice, apple juice and EVOO. Have to say them were a real hit for the Christmas Dinner.
