I patted the wings dry , hit them with baking powder and Dirty Bird hot!
On the pellet smoker at 325. When done tossed with Cherry habanero.

I cooked a Brisket with cow cover, salt and pepper and watched his utube to the T. Wrapped in your butcher paper at 10 hours cooked until it hit 202, rested wrapped and again in the pro's secert and an hour later. Wow! Best ever and everyone loved it. Thank You!!

Love all the rubs. Cow Cover with the 'little bit of snow' from the Texas Beef make an amazing steak every time. These are reverse sear, 100 degrees internal, onto the grill grates to finish.

I have tried this seasoning on some steaks I've cooked on the grill. The seasoning is great. It doesn't have too much heat and adds a lot of flavor to the meat. I'd encourage you to try the seasoning on your own. Be generous with the seasonings. Your palate will thank you for it!
