Well i tried some wing dust. I used the garlic parmesan, the buffalo, and the salt and vinegar. I like the buffalo the best follow by the garlic parmesan and lastly the salt and vinegar.
Play around a bit with the amount to get the flavor you want. Some a stronger than the others.

I was really excited about this purchase. My family loves salt and vinegar wings. We buy them almost weekly from the grocery store. So I was hopefully that I could find a seasoning and use it at home. Unfortunately, none of us enjoyed this seasoning. The flavors of the other herbs were very noticeable and instead of a nice punch of vinegar flavor, it was more like eating herb flavored wings that were slightly salty. I guess I should have paid more attention to the ingredients since I didn’t realize it would be so heavy on other flavors. Honestly this should be labeled as Salt, Vinegar and Herb Wing Dust.

Cook the wings how ever you want. No breading no special prep. Unless you want to throw them in the Kosmos chicken soak for a few hours Cook for a few minutes. Shake on let set. Get after some good eating. Go to the site there are several more flavored that are great. The wife likes salt and vinegar. And kickin Cajun is awesome also! Try them all!
