I have long been a fan of Kosmos peach-jalapeno rub. With turkey time just around the corner I branched out and cooked a bone-in breast with apple habanero rib rub. I used it liberally to finish the skin crisp and could not have dreamed just how good it turned out. If you are looking to wow your family or guests - this rub is a must!

Just tried for the first time on some fried chicken as a dip. It's simply amazing. First taste I was like oh It's too hot but it stops at that point and like sweet heat. I have a pork tenderloin that I'm going to smoke this weekend and I'm and I'm going to baste it with this. Now I'm going to have to try the rest of them
