I even paid for expedited delivery to receive it in enough time for our Thanksgiving turkey. I used the dirty bird seasoning after brining and smoked it for 8 hours. First time trying the Cajun Turkey brine. And I have to say the flavor is amazing. I brined mine for 48hrs to let the flavor soak in. And then did the turkey frog style on pellet smoker at 275 and I have to say the flavor and taste were amazing.
