I first ordered this sauce in the smaller bottle several years ago and it was so much better and had more flavor than any of the commercial competition found at any store. After that, the big jug was the only way to go. Everyone loves it and I have been asked several times, where did I get this sauce or what brand is it or did I make it myself. At my wife's annual family gathering, there will be several bottles of BBQ sauce on the tables but my Kosmos will always be the ones that go home empty. Good stuff.

I ordered this sauce because I didn't have time to make my own to add to the pulled pork we planned to serve at our wedding. I'd never tried it before. It was a hawaiian themed wedding and we were trying to mimic, not replicate, Kailua pork. Nail on the head!!
