It was good, but not particularly my taste. That's not meant to run the product down at all, I'm a creature of habit and this is new to me.

Tried Campfire blend on some country style pork ribs, coated with Honey Jalapeno BBQ Sauce..... HIGHLY recommend.

The flavor is good on the loin back pork ribs I cooked. The only thing I wasn’t a fan about was the jell that appeared on the ribs. I’m guessing this is because of the Xantham gum used in the seasoning. It added an odd texture to the ribs that could have been removed if I would have glazed the ribs at the end with some barbecue sauce. However, I wanted to try the seasoning by itself to provide my best option of the seasoning.

Great taste plain, mixed with Dirty Bird, topped with BBQ sauce or Herry Apple Habanero BBQ Glaze! ★★★★★
