The Kosmos Q Lab Secret Stash: Mango Habanero Rub

I have most of your rubs and secret stash products. mango habanero is by far our favorite!!! We marinate chicken in pickle juice for 12 hours and then hit it with the rub and then smoke it on the Traeger with apple smoke, until it reaches 160. It rests until 165 then perfection on a bun with melted cheese and crispy bacon and some Dukes mayo, its so good!!!!

Went perfect with a smoked turkey breast. Nice sweet/heat flavor.

It is just the right amount of spicy hot and the mango flavor is amazing!

Absolutely wonderful especially paired with the peach jalapeño glaze

I put on Chicken quarters the day after I got it and into the smoker it went excellent finish.

It was good on some chicken thighs

Used this on some chicken thighs I had defrosted to try out, really like the unique flavor, was hot without being too hot. WIll try on pork next! Rcommended
